Affidavit to be filed in court before trial.

490.550. Such affidavits shall not be received in evidence in the county

commission, or probate division of the circuit court or before associate

circuit judges, unless the same shall be filed in the cause five days before

the trial, nor in any other division of the circuit court, unless the same

shall be filed in the cause ten days before the trial.
