Recovery limitation.

408.553. Upon default the lender shall be entitled to recover no more

than the amount which the borrower would have been required to pay upon

prepayment of the obligation on the date of final judgment together with

interest thereafter at the simple interest equivalent of the rate provided in

the contract.
