An entity may satisfy the presence requirement in Government Code, §305.006(f) and §305.024(a)(7), by the presence of:   (1) an individual registrant who represents the entity; or   (2) a person whose position, authority, or conduct on behalf of the entity could support an award of exemplary damages against the entity.
