The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter,
shall have the following meanings, unless the context shall clearly
indicate otherwise.
  (1) Department--Texas Department of Public Safety.
  (2) FCC--Federal Communications Commission.
  (3) Program--The State's Amateur Radio Program.
  (4) RACES--Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service.
  (5) ROL--Radio Operator Leave.
  (6) SRO--State RACES Officer.
  (7) TDEM--Texas Division of Emergency Management.
