Property held in trust.

71.120. Whenever any property, real or personal, is held by any

municipal corporation in a fiduciary capacity, the circuit court shall have

jurisdiction, upon proceedings instituted in the name of the attorney general

or prosecuting attorney, to inquire into any breaches of trust, fraud or

negligence, and to administer the proper relief.
