(a) The OAG may transmit notices, forms or other documents
and information via the Internet or other electronic means.
(b) The OAG may require the submission of notices,
forms or other documents and information via the Internet or other
electronic means.
(c) Transmission or submission via electronic means
meets the relevant requirements contained within this subchapter for
submitting information in writing.
