These sections apply to all individual or group policies of accident and sickness insurance (including policies issued by companies subject to the Insurance Code, Chapter 20, as amended) delivered or issued for delivery to any person in this state which provides for either accident and sickness coverage of additional newborn children or for maternity benefits.
