Pursuant to §411.0096 of the Texas Government Code, CJD and the Texas Department of Public Safety have entered into a memorandum of understanding pertaining to the coordination of drug law enforcement efforts. This memorandum of understanding may be amended, as necessary, by subsequent written agreement adopted by rule. The current memorandum of understanding is listed in the following: Attached Graphic
