(a) All properties will be monitored using the procedures
outlined in Chapter 60 of this title (relating to Compliance Administration).

(b) All owners will be required to file reports with
the Department as outlined in Chapter 60 of this title.
(c) Owners of rental properties will be required to
pay the monitoring and compliance fees established by the Department
from time to time, as assessed, in this title, by NOFA, or by Contract.
