Deputies and assistants, compensation (third class counties).

51.286. 1. The clerk of the county commission in each county of the

third class is entitled to employ deputies and assistants and for the

deputies and assistants, is allowed not less than the amount allowed in 1994.



2. For the purpose of computing the various amounts under the provisions

of subsection 1 of this section, the salary of the clerk of the county

commission is the total compensation provided in section 51.281.
