(a) A school may have a director of education. (b) If the school employs a director of education, the director shall meet the same qualifications as an instructor and, in addition, shall have:   (1) one year of employment as a postsecondary instructor;   (2) one year of employment as a supervisor; and   (3) a bachelor's degree, appropriate for the skills required, as determined by the Commission.
