Form of recognizance.

512.200. Such recognizance must be signed by the parties entering into

the same, and be approved by the associate circuit judge, and may be in the

following form:



We the undersigned, .......... and .........., acknowledge ourselves

indebted to .......... in the sum of .......... dollars, to be void upon

this condition. Whereas, .......... has made application for a trial de novo

from a judgment of ........, an associate circuit judge, in an action between

.........., plaintiff, and .........., defendant; now, if on such trial de

novo judgment be given against the applicant, and he shall satisfy such

judgment, or if his application shall be dismissed, and he shall pay the

judgment of the associate circuit judge, together with the cost of the

appeal, this recognizance shall be void. ........................... A B
