The State Board of Insurance may at any time revoke the exemption specified in these sections on the grounds that a company:   (1) has not complied with these sections; or   (2) by failing to abide by other applicable law is found to be unworthy of the exemption. The board may, after hearing, revoke that company's right to future exemptions under these sections and may also administer any sanction provided by law.
