To contract with the Texas Department of Human Services (DHS) to provide adult foster care services under the Nursing Facility Waiver, the provider must: (1) be enrolled by DHS as an adult foster care provider; (2) be serving four or fewer clients; and (3) agree to comply with all Nursing Facility Waiver Adult Foster Care rules.
