(a) Applicants should not include confidential information
with an application. Any documents containing confidential information
will be returned to the sender prior to filing.
(b) After an application is filed the papers will not
be returned for any purpose. The Secretary of State will furnish copies
to the applicant upon request and payment of the copy cost.
