Registrations in effect January 1, 1978, to remain valid, exception.

115.177. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed in any way as

interfering with or discontinuing any person's valid registration which is

in effect on January 1, 1978, until such time as the person is required to

transfer his registration or to reregister under the provisions of sections

115.001 to 115.641 and section 51.460.
