(a) All residential fueling facility equipment shall be inspected and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. (b) All hoses shall be maintained in operating condition at all times. (c) All safety relief valves shall be maintained in proper operating condition, in accordance with manufacturer's recommendation.
