For all permit reviews under this subchapter, compliance history reviews
are required under Chapter 60 of this title (relating to Compliance History).
However, any grandfathered natural gas-fired electric generating facility
(EGF) which is considered permitted for the emissions of all air contaminants
under §116.911(d) of this title (relating to Electric Generating Facility
Permit Application) will be subject to a compliance history review only for
a modification, or the amendment or renewal of the facility's EGF permit.
