Program compliance review.









The superintendent of public instruction shall conduct program compliance reviews of all operating agencies receiving Chapter 1 Migrant moneys. Review of each operating agency shall occur at least once every three years. Upon receipt of the compliance review report from the superintendent of public instruction the operating agencies shall have one month to respond to the superintendent of public instruction if there are exceptions noted in the report. Substantial noncompliance or failure by the operating agencies to respond and/or initiate corrective action in a timely manner shall be subject to actions prescribed in WAC 392-164-410 or 392-164-415.
