Acceptance of applicants will depend upon the availability of appropriated
funds. Renewal applicants will be given priority over first-time applicants.
Prior conditional approval shall be communicated to eligible faculty, contingent
upon availability of funds and the applicant's having met all program requirements
at the end of the service period.
