Definitions.

8.830. For purposes of sections 8.830 to 8.851, the following terms

mean:



(1) "Department", the department of natural resources;



(2) "Director", the director of the department of natural resources;



(3) "Division", the division of facilities management, design and

construction;



(4) "Public building", a building owned or operated by a governmental

subdivision of the state, including, but not limited to, a city, county or

school district;



(5) "State building", a building owned or operated by the state, a

state agency or department, a state college or a state university.
