SECTION .0900 – HOLIDAYS

 

25 NCAC 01E .0901          APPROVED HOLIDAYS

In addition to Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday and

Veteran's Day, the following shall be designated as holidays:  New Year's Day,

Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the

day after, and December 25 (Christmas) and the last business day before

Christmas and the first business day after Christmas.
