SECTION .0400 ‑ ALLOCATION OF FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR LENDER

COMMITMENT

 

 

24 NCAC 01D .0401          ALLOCATION OF FUNDS

At such time, and from time to time, as funds for the

purchase of mortgage loans become available to the agency through the sale of

agency bonds, such fund shall be made available to North Carolina mortgage

lenders.  Such lenders, upon agency notification of the availability of such

funds, may indicate their interest in participating in the single family

mortgage purchase program by executing the agency's suggested form of

"Indication of Interest."
