(a) The concessioner shall submit reports and keep such records
in such a manner as the executive director may prescribe to enable the department
to determine that all terms and conditions of the concession contract have
been and are being faithfully performed.
(b) The state auditor, or duly authorized representative of
the department, shall, for the purpose of audit and examination, have access
to records and other books, documents, and papers of the concessioner pertinent
to the contract.
