The president's review.









The president of the college, or his/her designated representative, shall review all cases appealed by the student to the discipline committee. Upon review of the committee's report, relevant portions of the record and any statement filed by the student, the president of the college, or his/her designee, shall either approve the recommendations of the committee, give directions as to what other disciplinary action should be taken, or exonerate the student and notify the initiating authority.
