Class 2 facility—Operations manual preparation.









(1) Each Class 2 facility must prepare an operations manual that meets the requirements of this chapter.
(2) The Class 2 facility may submit their Coast Guard operations manuals required under 33 C.F.R. 154.300 to satisfy operations manual requirements under this chapter if:
(a) Ecology deems that such federal requirements equal or exceed those of ecology; or
(b) The Class 2 facility modifies or appends the operations manual to satisfy operations manual requirements under this chapter.
