§

4551. Fish and wildlife violation defined

A violation of

any provision of this part, other than a violation for which a term of

imprisonment may be imposed, a minor violation as defined in section 4572 of

this title, or a violation of a rule adopted under this part shall be known as

a fish and wildlife violation. (Added 1977, No. 229 (Adj. Sess.); amended 1995,
