WAC 332-16-165

Field inspections and audits.

Any person designated by the department shall have the right at any time to inspect and examine the lease premises and the facilities thereon, and shall have the right during lessee's business hours to examine such books, records, tax returns, and accounts of the lessee as are directly connected with the determination of royalties.
