09 NCAC 03A .0101          ORGANIZATION

The Office of State Budget and Management is responsible for

providing assistance to the Governor and the Advisory Budget Commission in

preparing and monitoring the state's budget.  The Governor is the Director of

the Budget and the powers of director conferred on him may be exercised and

performed by such person or persons as may be designated or appointed by him

from time to time in writing.
