COUNTY EMPLOYEES' CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM (EXCERPT)
Act 370 of 1941

38.418 Payrolls; approval by civil service commission.

Sec. 18.

All payrolls shall be approved by the civil service commission, or by its secretary when so authorized by the commission, before payment.
