§

4135. Finances, accounts

(a) All moneys

received by the commissioner shall be deposited into the state treasury and

credited to the fish and wildlife fund.

(b) All payments

by the commissioner from the fish and wildlife fund shall be disbursed from the

state treasury only upon warrants issued by the commissioner of finance and

management, after receipt of proper documentation regarding services rendered

and expenses incurred. (Added 1961, No. 119, § 1, eff. May 9, 1961; amended
