SECTION .0300 ‑ ELECTION AND SUCCESSION OF OFFICERS

 

27 NCAC 01A .0301          OFFICERS

(a)  The officers of the North Carolina State Bar and the

council shall consist of a president, a president‑elect, a vice‑president,

and an immediate past president.  These officers shall be deemed members of the

council in all respects.

(b)  There shall be a secretary who shall also have the

title of executive director.  The secretary shall not be a member of the

council.
