SECTION .0200 - UPDATE COURSE INSTRUCTORS

21 NCAC 58E .0201 PURPOSE AND APPLICABILITY

This Section prescribes the criteria and procedures for a

prospective instructor of a Commission-developed update course to obtain and

maintain approval to teach such course.
