.1701       CHEMICAL DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

The rules of this Section set forth the requirements of

chemical disclosures for permittees, service companies, and vendors involved in

oil or gas exploration and production.  This Section delineates information to

be posted to the Chemical Disclosure Registry at http://fracfocus.org/. 

These Rules also specify the conditions under which confidential information

protections apply and the conditions under which that information may be

disclosed to health professionals or emergency responders.
