What is skilled nursing?

(1) Skilled nursing is continuous, intermittent, or part time nursing services. These services are available in the Basic Plus, Core, and Community Protection waivers.
(2) Services include nurse delegation services, per WAC 388-845-1170, provided by a registered nurse, including the initial visit, follow-up instruction, and/or supervisory visits.
