04 NCAC 16E .0501          SIGNATURE CARDS

When a savings bank issues a deposit account, it shall

obtain and preserve in its records a card containing the signature of the

account holder, or his duly authorized representative, for the comparison of

signatures or for other purposes; provided however, it shall not be necessary

to obtain more than one signature card for accounts held by an account holder

in the same name or capacity.
