§

1626. Enforcing compliance

Upon the

complaint of the secretary of state, a person, copartnership, association,

limited liability company or corporation carrying on business in this state

contrary to this chapter may be enjoined therefrom by a superior court and

fined not more than $100.00. (Amended 1961, No. 217, § 1, eff. July 13, 1961;
