SECTION .0800 ‑ HUNTING AND FISHING

 

15A NCAC 12B .0801       HUNTING

A person within any park shall not hunt, pursue, trap,

shoot, injure, kill or molest any bird or animal, and shall not have any wild

bird or animal in his possession.
