SUBCHAPTER 3D ‑ ENFORCEMENT SECTION

 

SECTION .0100 ‑ GENERAL INFORMATION

 

19A NCAC 03D .0101       PURPOSE

This Subchapter establishes rules for and provides

information on the following:

(1)           motor vehicle dealer sales, distributor and factory

representative license;

(2)           motor vehicle thefts;

(3)           mechanics and storage lien;

(4)           notice of sale;

(5)           safety inspection of motor vehicles;

(6)           licensing of safety inspection stations;

(7)           enforcement of weight regulations; and

(8)           approval of motor vehicle safety equipment.
