SECTION .1300 ‑ BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILD

CARE CENTERS

 

10A NCAC 09 .1301          BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS IN

OPERATION PRIOR TO 4/1/72

For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of G.S. 110‑91(4),

the North Carolina Building Code standards for child care centers in operation

prior to April 1, 1972 developed by the Building Code Council are hereby

incorporated by reference by the Child Care Commission and do not include any

subsequent amendments.  This Rule does not apply to small group facilities

described in Rule .1303 of this Section.  A copy of the North Carolina Building

Code standards is on file at the Division of Child Development located at the

address given in Rule .0102 of this Subchapter and will be available for public

inspection during regular business hours.
