16 NCAC 06J .0301           AUTHORITY OF CLASSROOM

TEACHERS/DORMITORY PERSONNEL

Teachers and house parents may make rules or arrangements

necessary to provide the best atmosphere for learning and the well being of the

students in the classroom and dormitory.  All rules and arrangements are to be

consistent with the approved policies and philosophy of the Office of Education

Services Schools for the Deaf.
