SECTION .0200 ‑ PARTICIPATION

 

 

20 NCAC 02L .0201          ACTIVE MEMBERS

Any person, who is an officer or officer trainee may file an

application for participation on a form furnished by the board.  If such

application is approved by the board, such officer or officer trainee shall

continue to be a participant so long as he continues to be an officer or

officer trainee, and shall advise the board of any change in employment as an

officer or officer trainee.
