§
A.

The baseline monitoring report and application for individual control mechanism shall be submitted within 180 days after the effective date of a categorical pretreatment standard, or 180 days after the final administrative decision made on a formal category determination submission under part 7049.0310, subpart 2, whichever is later. Existing facilities subject to existing categorical pretreatment standards shall submit a baseline monitoring report and application for individual control mechanism within 180 days after October 27, 2008.
