SECTION .1100 ‑ MORTGAGE INSURANCE CONSOLIDATIONS

 

11 NCAC 12 .1101             APPLICATION

This Section applies to:

(1)           All consolidations, whether the old coverage is

provided under an individual or a group policy; and

(2)           All mortgage insurance offered, issued, or

delivered in this State, through the mail or otherwise, in connection with

consolidations.
