SECTION .1200 – CONFIDENTIALITY AND RECORDS

 

18 NCAC 12 .1201             REPORTING OF CONFIDENTIAL

INFORMATION

A lobbyist, principal, solicitor or other person required to

file with the Department shall not report information to the Department that is

confidential pursuant to State or federal law, except as otherwise provided by

law or as set forth in Section .0500 or Rule .1202 through Rule .1204 of this

Chapter.
