SECTION .1000 ‑ DECLARATORY RULINGS

 

21 NCAC 52 .1001             SUBJECTS OF DECLARATORY RULINGS

Any person substantially affected by a statute administered

or rule promulgated by the board may request a declaratory ruling as provided

in G.S. 150B‑17.
