10a NCAC 97C .1001       EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND FINANCE OFFICER

The Office requires that each grant recipient maintain a

chief executive officer to supervise the overall administration of the CSBG

program, and a finance officer to administer the financial affairs of the grant

recipient.
