SECTION .0100 ‑ LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER'S IN‑SERVICE

TRAINING PROGRAM

 

 

12 NCAC 09E .0101          PURPOSE

In order to ensure a minimum level of proficiency in

specific topical areas for law enforcement officers serving the governmental

agencies within the state, the Commission establishes the law enforcement

officers' annual in‑service training program.
