§

102. Removal

After notice and

hearing the governor may remove a member of the liquor control board for

incompetency, failure to discharge his or her duties, malfeasance, immorality

or other cause inimical to the general good of the state. In case of such

removal, the governor shall appoint a person to fill the unexpired term.
