SECTION .1500 ‑ PRICING OF SPIRITUOUS LIQUOR

 

14b NCAC 15a .1501       PRICE INCREASES

Distillers shall not increase F.O.B. prices except at a

regularly scheduled effective date of the Commission's official price list,

namely: February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1 of each year.
